By using or receiving any products or services offered by the Company (including via the website located at https://www.trucleantoday.com and the associated mobile or tablet applications, collectively referred to as the "Services"), and by downloading, installing, or using any software provided by the Company to access or use the Services (the "Software"), the Customer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by this Agreement and any future amendments, which may be posted periodically on https://www.trucleantoday.com/terms-and-conditions.

 

The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement, its policies, or the terms related to the Services or Software at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated version at https://www.trucleantoday.com/terms-and-conditions. It is the Customer's responsibility to review this Agreement regularly, and continued use of the Services or Software after any modifications will be considered as acceptance of the changes.
 

Eligibility and Use
 

Trü Clean Today, LLC services are only available to individuals who are at least 18 years old and can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that all information you provide during registration is accurate and truthful. The Company may refuse access to the website or Services at its discretion and may update its eligibility criteria as required. This provision is void where prohibited by law.
 

Individuals under 18 must use the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old, and the adult is responsible for all activities performed.
 

Compliance and Taxes
 

You agree to follow all applicable laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content. You are also responsible for paying any applicable taxes. By using the Services, you must comply with all Trü Clean Today, LLC policies and any additional rules that may be posted from time to time on the website.
 

Service Overview
 

Trü Clean Today, LLC acts as a platform for scheduling cleaning jobs and assigning service providers to perform those jobs. The Company may pre-authorize a payment card when a job is scheduled and will charge the card upon completion of the job. Payment is collected from the Customer, and the provider is compensated accordingly, with the Company taking a commission for facilitating the connection between Customer and provider. Cash transactions are not permitted.
 

To use the Services, you must register an account, provide certain information, and agree to the terms and conditions. As a provider, you must undergo an onboarding process to ensure eligibility to complete tasks for Trü Clean Today, LLC.
 

Service Responsibilities
 

You acknowledge that Trü Clean Today, LLC is a facilitator and not a party to agreements between customers and service providers. The Company is not an employment agency and has no control over the conduct or performance of the parties involved. Satisfaction with the work completed is determined by the Customer and provider, and Trü Clean Today, LLC disclaims all liability regarding the outcome.

While we make efforts to match Customers with qualified service professionals, we do not guarantee that we will find a suitable provider in your area. You are responsible for evaluating the qualifications of any provider, and Trü Clean Today, LLC does not endorse any particular provider. If a dispute arises between you and a provider, Trü Clean Today, LLC is not obligated to intervene.
 

Promotions and Offers
 

From time to time, Trü Clean Today, LLC may offer discounts, promotions, or referral programs. These promotions are nontransferable and subject to change without notice. Rewards and bonuses may be subject to taxes, and in some cases, we may require a completed IRS Form W-9 before issuing any rewards. Promotions cannot be combined with other offers and are subject to the Company’s terms.
 

Cancellations and Refunds
 

You may cancel a scheduled job, but depending on the timing of the cancellation, a fee may apply. If a service provider arrives at the scheduled location and cannot access the property or contact you within 20 minutes, the job will be canceled, and a fee may be charged.
 

For recurring services, canceling after the first appointment may result in a charge reflecting the frequency discount initially provided.
 

Disputes and Liability
 

Any disputes between you and the service provider must be resolved directly. Trü Clean Today, LLC is not responsible for the resolution of disputes and disclaims any liability for damages arising from your interactions with service providers. By using the Services, you agree to release Trü Clean Today, LLC, its officers, and agents from any claims or damages related to disputes.

Pricing

Each job is offered at a predetermined rate, either per hour or per job. The rate includes Trü Clean Today, LLC's commission, which is a percentage of the job price and may be adjusted at Trü Clean Today, LLC's sole discretion. For hourly jobs, the minimum time requirement will be charged in full, regardless of the actual time spent. Any additional hours beyond the minimum will be billed by the minute. Trü Clean Today, LLC reserves the right to change prices at any time.
 

Payment

After a job is completed, Trü Clean Today, LLC will calculate the final payment amount, including any applicable discounts. Payments may be released by the customer or automatically processed by Trü Clean Today, LLC.
 

The customer agrees to maintain sufficient funds to cover the final amount due and will not book a job unless they can pay for it. Trü Clean Today, LLC reserves the right to block future bookings if there is an outstanding payment for a previous job.
 

Trü Clean Today, LLC does not accept cash payments. All jobs are processed using a valid payment card, and the final amount is charged once the job is complete. Trü Clean Today, LLC reserves the right to decline certain payment methods, such as pre-paid cards.
 

Providers are paid within 10 business days after the customer has paid, directly into their nominated bank account.
 

Payment Services

Trü Clean Today, LLC may use third-party Payment Services to handle payment processing. Trü Clean Today, LLC will ensure compliance with financial regulations but is not responsible for the performance of these Payment Services.
 

Trü Clean Today, LLC does not store payment card information directly.
 

Trü Clean Today, LLC covers any fees associated with the Payment Services.
 

Disputes and Resolution

If the customer feels that the provider has not completed the job to a reasonable standard, or if the provider disputes the job description, the parties may enter into a dispute. Both parties agree to negotiate in good faith, with Trü Clean Today, LLC acting as a mediator on behalf of the provider, except in extreme cases, such as theft or property damage, where the provider bears responsibility.
 

If the dispute cannot be resolved between the parties, it will be escalated to Trü Clean Today, LLC, which will propose a settlement. Both parties must provide necessary information for the resolution process, although neither is obligated to accept Trü Clean Today, LLC’s recommendation.
 

Trü Clean Today, LLC reserves the right to impose a solution, including final payment terms. If further action is taken by either party, Trü Clean Today, LLC will provide necessary documentation and cover reasonable costs, but no more than the original job price.
 

Trü Clean Today, LLC may terminate accounts with excessive dispute records at its discretion.
 

Loss or Damage

If a customer suffers damage or loss and attributes it to a provider, both parties should attempt to resolve the issue directly, with Trü Clean Today, LLC potentially facilitating the process. If necessary, Trü Clean Today, LLC will initiate a claims procedure and may report the incident to authorities. The maximum claim amount is limited to $50 or the total job price.
 

Reviews

Customers and providers are encouraged to leave reviews after job completion. Reviews should accurately reflect the experience, and Trü Clean Today, LLC may terminate accounts with consistently poor reviews.

If feedback is provided by phone, Trü Clean Today, LLC may post a review on behalf of the customer, which can be modified later via the customer’s dashboard.
 

Promo Codes and Vouchers

Trü Clean Today, LLC may issue promo codes or vouchers for discounts. These codes are for one-time use, expire after a set period, and must be applied before job completion. Only one code may be used per household or job, and any unused value is forfeited. Trü Clean Today, LLC reserves the right to withdraw promo codes at any time.
 

Promo codes purchased through third-party platforms are subject to the third party’s terms. Trü Clean Today, LLC disclaims liability for issues related to their redemption.
 

Recurring Price Structure

If you opt out of recurring services after the first cleaning, the one-time cleaning price will apply.

Late Cancellations Cancellations, rescheduling, or postponing after 12 p.m. the day before service will result in a $50 fee. We appreciate your understanding.
 

Right to Refuse Service

Providers may leave if the home is in extreme condition or if they feel unsafe. If you book a cleaning that falls outside of our standard services (e.g., post-party cleanup), providers may refuse the job, and a maximum cancellation fee will apply. Confirmation Booking does not guarantee availability. You will receive an email confirmation once the appointment is secured. In rare cases, Trü Clean Today, LLC may need to cancel or reschedule last minute due to unforeseen circumstances. Trü Clean Today, LLC is not liable in such cases.
 

Refunds and Re-cleans

Refunds or re-cleans are only considered if the customer contacts us within 24 hours of the cleaning, with photos of missed areas. Re-cleans must be scheduled within three days of the original cleaning. Trü Clean Today, LLC reserves the right to decide whether a refund or re-clean is appropriate.
 

Price Adjustments

If the condition of the home is worse than expected, or the provider is dissatisfied with the quoted price, Trü Clean Today, LLC reserves the right to adjust the price or refuse service.
 

Live Chat

We offer live chat during business hours for assistance during the booking process. Chat logs may be recorded to improve service but will not be shared with third parties.
